By default, recordings and related notes are stored locally on your device. Optional cloud features are opt-in and can be disabled at any time.

4. How We Use Data

  • To provide recording, transcription, and summary functionality.
  • To secure, monitor, and improve product reliability.
  • To respond to support requests and product inquiries.
  • To meet legal obligations and enforce terms.

5. Sharing and Processors

We do not sell personal data. We may use vetted infrastructure and processing providers to deliver the service, subject to contractual privacy and security commitments.

6. Retention and Deletion

You can export and delete your data. Retention may vary by feature and account status, but we retain data only as long as needed for product operation, legal obligations, and security.
